Wolf Creek to Lower Blue Lake

This trip was originally scoped for our May backpacking adventure; however, the series of very late snow storms that hit this spring made the route impossible. When trying to find an interesting route for the fall, it dawned on me that I had already done all the work for this trip. Too much frozen water canceled this route in the spring and not enough water is now the issue for the fall. We start at the Wolf Creek trailhead (see Start above) and exit at Lower Blue Lake. The total route length is around 40ish miles.
