Andra gets ready to put her pack back on. The funny thing is - watch what you wish for. Just 15 minutes down the trail from here we ran into a deeper and wider stream, and had to drop packs and do it all over again.
As we approach Lower Blue Lake we are hiking near the stream that feeds from the dam. The fall colors are continuing to appear.
The road at this end isn't bad at all. Not like the crazy, lunatic, parts near HWY 4.
