The next day Alan, Andra, and I decided to take a walk south to Leighton Lake and the surrounding area. Many of the lakes had additional rock islands. Some even had trees and vegetation growing on them.

After leaving Leighton Lake we hiked up on a ridge where you could see for miles in every direction. In the distance you can see Yellowhammer Lake. The handle of the hammer can be seen near where you see Jay's nose super imposed on the rock face.

This photograph was taken facing away from Yellowhammer Lake (east). It was the oddest thing. While taking this photo, I could have sworn I heard a voice bellowing out of the clouds saying something about "Every time I try to talk to someone it's "sorry this" and "forgive me that" and "I'm not worthy"..."
