Phone pano looking down Fish Creek.
The camera no longer looks steady with the soft focus.

The relentless climb has taken a heavy toll, and Andra reports she isn't feeling well. Direct sun without trees for shade, insane grade, and we are breaching 10,000ft elevation. It is time to stop and let her recover. A lone tree lies ahead and one rock on the narrow cliff side trail to sit on. I tell her to rest in the shade, but there is nowhere for me to sit while I wait.
