To the east of the camp is Fletcher Lake. The drainage for the lake exits right along the camp. Fletcher Lake lies at just under 10200ft. Later in our trip, we will have to hike over that mountain range to reach Evelyn Lake, Ireland Lake and Lyell Canyon. |

Perhaps the stone maintenance got too expensive so they cancelled it. What is the annual cost of maintaining rock these days anyway?
