Sprinting down the trail in an attempt to out run the aardvark sized mosquitoes, I snapped this picture as we retreated. From here forward anytime we stopped for even a minute, the mosquitoes were out in force. Only shots of repellent every 15 minutes or a hot fire kept them at bay.
This bridge leads back across the river and into the Glen Aulin High Sierra Camp. We continued on down the river for more than half a mile before making camp.
