This water fall is created by Shadow Lake's exit stream. We're only a few hundred yards from reaching the lake and not a moment too soon.
As we climbed up from the valley below, we finally broke out the rain jackets. It was too hot to wear them, so we just draped them over our packs. Andra gets a picture of me coming up behind her. My camera is neatly protected under my very wet custom camera case (Thanks Liza!).
Here at Shadow Lake we must hike past to find a place to stop. Camping is no longer allowed around the lake.
Here is the feeder stream coming in to Shadow Lake as I crossed the wooden bridge. We continued off some distance to find a place to stay for the night.
