This water fall is created by Shadow Lake's exit stream. We're only a few hundred yards from reaching the lake and not a moment too soon. |

As we climbed up from the valley below, we finally broke out the rain jackets. It was too hot to wear them, so we just draped them over our packs. Andra gets a picture of me coming up behind her. My camera is neatly protected under my very wet custom camera case (Thanks Liza!). |

Here at Shadow Lake we must hike past to find a place to stop. Camping is no longer allowed around the lake. |

Here is the feeder stream coming in to Shadow Lake as I crossed the wooden bridge. We continued off some distance to find a place to stay for the night. |
