Some old boat bumper floats hang from the trees. One tree had a stainless steel plate that said "Camp Wheeler" nailed to it.
Someone carved this totem in Camp Wheeler.
We left Camp Wheeler and walked back towards the main part of Wheeler to explore the upper trail (old road). This is Jackass Creek. Some miscellaneous scraps of steel and other items remain in the area.
