The next day it was also supposed to rain "after 11am." With this in mind, we had limited aspirations. We set out to see if we could find a way to cross the creek and find the trail to Tamarack Lake. We found neither and returned to camp. The lake is a dead end and likely a very unpopular place to go due to its tiny size. I'm guessing we'd have had to bush-whack our way to it as any trail is likely grown over.
Back in camp, we enjoy the sun before it disappears behind the ever-increasing clouds.
This is just a side split of the main creek that flowed near our camp.
