The next morning I cooked up another batch of blueberry pancakes. This is actually a left over batch from the last backpacking trip. I didn't powder the blueberries with the food processor for this trip. These purple pancakes are from our May trip. There are fire restrictions in the Hoover Wilderness through October, so I had the unfortunate annoyance of cooking every breakfast and dinner on our stove.
In the afternoon, thunder heads started forming.
We got a few sprinkles and distant thunder as we walked around the valley.
