On the other side is a high dry plateau with a small creek running through it. Dawg gets a chance to drink his fill before we continue. We will hike along the trail you see, then left and over another hill to a higher plateau.
Up on the second plateau, you can see for miles. Far at the end of that valley is highway, umm, never mind.
At the top I take in the grand beauty before descending to the car.
