I told Andra to just keep snapping photos until the light was gone. This cliff side perch seemed like a crappy camp that we had to "make do" with as we were already climbing towards Bear Ridge with little flat ground to be found. However, it turned out to be one of my favorite camp spots. The views from the cliff behind us into the valley at sunset were spectacular. Now you know why we spent so much time staring off that way. It is evenings like this that drive us into the woods for the solitude and mind blowing scenery.
