While out photographing the other mountain, we enjoy the sunset across the canyon.
The next morning I fix up a fresh batch of pancakes on the fire. I must be an old cowboy at heart, because I find cooking on a fire easy and convenient, while stove cooking annoying. "You ain't gonna get any nouveau, amandine, thin crust, bottled water, sauteed city food. Food's brown, hot, and plenty of it."

We're packed up and ready to roll. Dawg's pack went from virtually empty a couple of days ago when we hiked here, to 6lbs again after being resupplied. No more people food and empty pack, sorry buddy.
