Fireside chat near the San Joaquin River with the full poop scoop on our day.
Time for sleep. I've got the process down to a science. I make Dawg wait outside until we are both in our sleeping bags before I let Mr. Ton of Bricks inside. He tucks his feet into Andra's down jacket and he's out. Since Andra usually gets up after a few hours to water and fertilize the forest, I wait until then to put his down jacket on. Most nights it is too warm to bundle him up when we first enter the tent.
The next morning Dawg carefully watches a big black ant, deciding on just the right time to eat it. Yuck.
