Fireside chat near the San Joaquin River with the full poop scoop on our day. |

Time for sleep. I've got the process down to a science. I make Dawg wait outside until we are both in our sleeping bags before I let Mr. Ton of Bricks inside. He tucks his feet into Andra's down jacket and he's out. Since Andra usually gets up after a few hours to water and fertilize the forest, I wait until then to put his down jacket on. Most nights it is too warm to bundle him up when we first enter the tent. |

The next morning Dawg carefully watches a big black ant, deciding on just the right time to eat it. Yuck. |
