While filling our water bladders this morning we ran into another PCT hiker doing the same. Chetan "Chef" Thapar who threw a few sticks for wet Dawg and graciously took this photo and emailed it from his next return to town. Chef was vacationing from Houston, TX, but was originally from India. We really enjoyed visiting with him and mutually agreed that meeting good people here on the trail, outside the cities, restores your faith in humanity. I nearly forgot to add this photo, so this page has 4 pictures instead of 3!

It is time to hike around the mountain to our right and ditch the PCT towards Duck Lake and Pass.
