I send Dawg into the water to chill his right front leg. Dawg learns very fast, but dogs have relatively poor vision. I'm hoping he will recognize the yellowjackets in the future; however, he hates insects. He goes out of his way to eat flies, spiders, mosquitoes, etc. Perhaps this will deter him, but only time will tell.

The extra snow we got this year is providing and extended wildflower season in the Sierras.
