Well the sun has set on our little adventure. Will Arthur or any of my friends ever join us in the wilderness for a backpacking trip? Good question. Between the athletic pussies, and the ones that need permission from their spousal units to breath, I'd say no. I started inviting people to go backpacking decades ago. We now have 4 grandkids, and there will come a time when I'll want to go, but my body won't be up to the task anymore. In the meantime, thank goodness I met Klaus and Klaus introduced me to Dave, or Andra and I would have been convinced we were the only two non-sissies left on the planet.
