After checking out the falls, we drove to McCloud in order to photograph Mt. Shasta. It had absolutely nothing to do with Floyd's Frosties, heat, or ice cream. Just wanted to photograph the big mountain - honest.
On our final day we took everyone up to a different fire lookout.

All our kids had left. Just the tough and experienced old-timers remained. Well... Dawg doesn't count. :)

Mt. Lassen is directly behind Ben's head.
