Burney Falls is very photogenic. I took several pictures with slightly different lighting.
The water is ice cold. The river pops out of the ground only about a mile up, so it doesn't have much time to warm up in the sun before taking the plunge.
Emmitt rides along the trail as we continue our exploration. Much to our surprise John and Julie returned Monday evening. Tom and I both figured John needed surgery and wouldn't return. I was so happy he got to come back.
